"Getting there was more hassle than it was worth"
The location really wasn’t convenient for me. I had to wait around for a shuttle, and by the time I got there, it felt way farther from the airport than I expected. Picking up the car ended up taking longer than it should have. If this is how the process usually goes, I’d probably avoid using them again

I was excited to grab my order and get going, but the pickup took way longer than I expected. At first I was trying to be patient, then I started getting really annoyed because the staff seemed confused and the line barely moved. By the time I finally got my stuff, I was just relieved to leave.

"Quick drop off, though finding it was a pain"
Dropping the car back was easy once I actually found the place, although I did get a bit annoyed trying to locate it at first. The staff were friendly enough and just had a quick look over the car, checked the fuel and mileage, and that was basically it. I think I was there about 10 minutes, maybe less. It felt very no-fuss, which I liked, even if the start of it wasn’t exactly smooth. I’d probably use Easirent again.

"No surprise charges, thankfully"
I was a little nervous about random hidden fees after seeing a few comments online, but my rental went totally fine. Nothing weird popped up at the end, which was a relief tbh.
The person at the desk went over the deposit and the extra cover options, and I just said no to the stuff I didn’t want. Final price matched what I booked, so yeah, easy all round. No drama, no sneaky fee’s or anything.

"Not quite what I expected"
The car got me where I needed to go, so it was fine in that sense, but I was expecting something in better shape. When I picked it up, there were dents on the outside, the seats were dirty, and there was a warning light on the dash. It just didn’t feel like the clean, ready-to-go rental I had in mind.

"Unfair damage claim after a long wait"
I returned the item and then got hit with a damage claim that felt random and unfair. What made it more frustrating was having to wait in the queue forever just to try and sort it out. By the time I actually got to speak with someone, I was already annoyed, and the explanation still didn’t really make sense.

"Pretty clean overall, just noticed a few little things"
Picked up the car and it was in good shape, inside and out. I did notice a couple of small marks on the seats, mostly because I tend to spot little details like that, but they weren’t a big deal at all. The floors looked tidy, the outside was clean enough, and overall the pickup went smoothly. Good experience, and I’d use them again...

I booked ahead and paid, but when I showed up they told me they didn’t have any cars available. After handing over my money, it made me really distrust the whole process. I expected the reservation to actually mean something

I sat there waiting way too long, it felt like nobody on staff cared at all. It’s really frustrating when you’re just ignored like your time doesn’t matter. They need to do a much better job instead of leaving customers hanging

"Deposit came back fine"
I was a little nervous about the deposit after seeing a few things online , but mine was released after about a week . I checked my bank account a couple of times just to be sure , and it was there in the end . Giving 4 stars because it worked out , just wish it had been a bit quicker .

"Confused by the fuel charges??"
I’m not sure what happened here?? I ended up having to pay extra for fuel I didn’t even use, which felt really unfair. The whole fuel policy just seemed confusing and kind of like a rip off

The car itself was totally fine, but the mileage limit really took the fun out of it. I felt like I had to keep checking how far I was going every time I drove somewhere, and the extra miles were expensive. It also kind of felt like there wasn’t a real person there to explain things clearly, just policies you’re expected to figure out. I wish the mileage rules had been made more obvious before I booked.

"Refund took a little longer than I expected"
I had to wait a few days for the refund, and at first I wasn’t totally sure if I’d done everything right or if it was actually going through. Support did reply though, and in the end it got sorted. It wasn’t perfect, but I’d say it was fair overall.

The car itself was totally fine and did the job, but the person at the counter was a bit pushy about getting extra insurance. I get that they have to offer it, but it felt like they were trying a little too hard, which made the pickup less relaxed than it needed to be.

Umm, the customer service was alright overall. They did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I was expecting. The person I spoke with was polite and did help sort out my question, so I appreciated that. It just wasn’t very quick. Not a bad experience, but not amazing either, average for me.

"Contract details were confusing"
The booking seemed fine at first, but when I got to pickup, there were extra terms in the contract that I hadn’t noticed before. The staff rushed through the explanation, and I left feeling confused. What made it more frustrating was that nobody really took ownership or tried to properly sort it out. Not a great experience overall
